About Prof. Eyal Rosen

Prof. Rosen received his D.M.D degree, and completed an advanced specialty graduate
program in endodontics, at Tel-Aviv University School of Dental Medicine, in Israel.
Prof. Rosen is an Israeli board certified endodontic specialist, and maintains a private practice limited to endodontics.

Prof. Rosen was a faculty member at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston-USA (2006-07), and is currently a Professor and the director of the graduate endodontic program, at the department of Endodontics, Tel-Aviv university school of dental medicine, in Israel. He is also a researcher at the Tel Aviv University Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
Prof. Rosen completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Orthopedic Biomechanics Laboratory
at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School in Boston-USA,
under the mentorship of Mary L Bouxsein, (2005-07). His research fellowship focused on the biomechanics of skeletal fragility, and the use of novel non-invasive imaging techniques to
predict bone fracture risk and for 3-Dimentional hard tissues structural and functional analysis. His studies were conducted using animal models and clinical investigations.
His research interests focus on endodontic complications, evidence based endodontics, microbiology and nanoscience and nanotechnology.
Prof. Rosen presented his research findings in peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and international scientific congresses.

Prof. Rosen is an active member of the "American Association of Endodontists" (AAE), and also consults dental equipment companies during novel endodontic products development.
